Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit montilabs.ai or email us. The controller of that data is Monti Labs AB, Nilstorpsvägen 33, 181 47 Lidingö, Sweden (VAT SE 559594-6483 01). We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell it.
This site sets no cookies
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so simply reading the site does not report your visit to anyone else. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard technical request data on our behalf, including your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps, and your browser user agent. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and working website. Vercel retains this data on a short rolling basis under its own terms.
When you email us
Email sent to ciao@montilabs.ai is forwarded to a mailbox we control. We process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write, in order to reply and to consider working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for our records, and we delete it when it no longer is.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of providers to run the site and our email, and they act on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc., for hosting the site
- Cloudflare, Inc., for DNS and email routing
- Google LLC, for the mailbox that receives our email
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose data if the law requires it. Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area, and where data is transferred there it is covered by the safeguards those providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email ciao@montilabs.ai and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
The site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date above.
